Dr. Hester is originally from Milton, Ontario. She completed a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in 2009. She then completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Ontario Veterinary College, graduating with honours in 2013. Dr. Hester has appeared on CP24’s Animal House, and enjoys educating pet owners on all aspects of animal care and health.

Her professional areas of interest are always changing, but currently include dental and oral surgery, soft tissue surgery, canine breed-specific diseases, avian pathology and rabbit gastrointestinal disorders. Dr. Hester practices as an associate veterinarian at the Greenwood Park Animal Hospital in Toronto. She lives in Toronto with a small menagerie of pets, including a parakeet named Sprout, a dwarf rabbit named Bunneh, and a collie mix named Flash.
